INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEER, BEAR
ETC.
KOC long range reticles are designed to calculate
distance,
windspeed and angle of the bullet trajectory accurately and
instantly.
Distance:
To calculate accurately the distance, do these few
simple steps:
(1) Riflescope must be zeroed in at 200 yards.
The point of aim is the center of the scope
for targets 200 yards or less.
(2) Set magnification ring 8x power.
(3) Point riflescope and match range finding
circle to the distance. Each range finding
circle is designed to cover a target of 18
inches.
EG: With a deer target the range finding circle
from top of its back to the bottom of its
belly. Once the range is determined the
point of impact is automatic.
WindSpeed:
Windspeed is an important accuracy factor. KOC
reticles compensate with 2 windage circles on reticles
horizontal line.
Angle Shooting:
When shooting uphill or downhill you must aim lower than
normal. The
trajectory is the same either uphill or downhill. The KOC
Reticle has 2
circles above the red dot.The upper one is 60 degrees and
the lower one
is 30 degrees at 200 yards. |
